Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled with technology? Mikon Services and Consultants, LLC is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Note: Very important that you have the skills under qualifications section.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle company communications including social media posts and responses.
- Create, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide support to executives and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in typing and data entry.
- Experience with social media management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
